Ruby Developer

Are you an experienced Ruby Developer with a passion for clean code and scalable systems?

In this role, you’ll be the technical backbone of our digital platforms. You’ll work closely with fellow developers, product owners, and QA specialists to create innovative mobility solutions that support our sustainable mission.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Ruby on Rails
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Optimize the performance and structure of existing applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprints
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and user issues
• Stay up-to-date with Ruby on Rails trends and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Ruby on Rails
• HBO or WO work and thinking level
• Proficient in Dutch and English
• Living near Amersfoort or willing to travel (max ~30 minutes)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments
• A self-starter with excellent communication and collaboration skills
