About the Role

Are you a passionate Full-Stack Engineer who loves building scalable, high-quality web applications? We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer (Ruby on Rails) to join our growing tech team.


In this role, you will play a key part in designing, building, and maintaining robust applications that deliver an exceptional user experience. You’ll work closely with a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and product owners to drive innovation and continuously improve our digital products.


Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Development: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby on Rails backend code and dynamic frontend features.
  • Architecture & Scalability: Help shape the technical architecture, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability of our applications.
  • Collaboration: Partner with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other engineers to translate functional requirements into clean, technical solutions.
  • Code Quality: Participate in code reviews, write automated tests (RSpec/Minitest), and promote best practices in software engineering.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, debug bugs, and optimize application performance and security.


What We Are Looking For

  • Backend Expertise: Proven experience developing web applications using Ruby on Rails.
  • Frontend Skills: Solid knowledge of modern JavaScript (HTML5, CSS3, modern JS frameworks like React, Vue, or Hotwire/Stimulus).
  • Database Management: Strong experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools (ActiveRecord).
  • Testing & Tools: Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., RSpec) and Git version control.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive, self-starter attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.


Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Heroku) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with Hotwire, Turbo, or StimulusJS in a modern Rails stack.
