What you will do
As a software engineer
If Ruby On Rails Isn’t a Train For You, You’ve Come To The Right Place, Because As a Software Engineer At Acture You Will Contribute To The Improvement And Further Development Of Our Acture Platform
- Co-develop new features for the Acture platform in the team, both for the backend and the frontend;
- Work directly with our VP Engineering to discuss new features and actively shape the user experience;
- Take architectural decisions with the team and improve the platform’s stability, performance, and scaling;
- Test and QA features before deployment;
- Work with our tech stack: Ruby on Rails, RSpec, Capybara, PostgreSQL, JavaScript and Tailwind CSS;
- Fix bugs and maintain an efficient and sustainable codebase.

Your experience
In addition to a personal match.
- You’ve worked as a full-stack software engineer for at least 4 years and have in-depth knowledge of (full-stack) Ruby on Rails.
- You have a solid knowledge of relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL), REST APIs, CSS and HTML.
- You already have a good understanding of working with MVC frameworks and TDD.
- You have knowledge of architectural patterns and system design.
- You strive for clean code and knowledge of how to test thoroughly.
- You have good communication skills and are fluent in English (C1 or higher).
